Different order-picking tasks, different construction models
It begins with the different demands placed on the various picking systems. Do you primarily use your trolleys as ‘intermediate distributors’ or return trolleys and would you ideally like to use them to transport as many goods from A to B as possible? – Put our spring-loaded base trolleys to the test! Due to its fine-tunable weight adjustment system, the spring-loaded base ensures that the transported goods are always in the top portion of the trolley and can be removed and distributed more quickly by your logistics personnel. This not only saves you an enormous amount of time as an intralogistics provider, it also produces an ‘ergonomic’ working posture that is easier on your back. What’s more, if the weight of your logistical goods changes significantly, e.g. between the summer and winter collection (with clothing), you have the option of making adjustments yourself with just a few hand movements.
